1. Return Period

Products may be returned within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

* Original packaging included

* Original labels and accessories included

* Free from damage caused by improper use or customer negligence

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:

* The wrong product was ordered

* The wrong size or model was selected

* The customer no longer wants the item

* An incorrect shipping address was provided

* The item is returned without any quality issue

KALYSTRA will cover reasonable return shipping costs when:

* The incorrect item was shipped

* The product arrives damaged

* The product contains a verified manufacturing defect

6. Inspection Process

Returned products are inspected after arrival.

Inspection generally requires 1–3 business days to verify the condition of the returned merchandise.

7. Refund Processing

After the return has been approved, refunds are generally processed within approximately 3 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

8. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by KALYSTRA.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photographs of both the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

10. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges by accepting the returned product and allowing customers to place a new order after the return has been approved.
